So i really battled with taking a photo that would actually show you just how much it has been raining this morning. The entire week it has been hot, incredibly hot by UK standards. So i decided that i would take Friday off work and enjoy the sunshine. Sounds like a good idea, right?

Nope. I woke up to rain, and more rain, and by 11am more rain. Now i am not just talking drizzle or intermittent rain, i am talking about a constant downpour of water. Unbelievable!

So instead of getting ready to out and spend the day in the park, reading and catching a tan.....i have decided to stay home, watch some day time TV and do some art. I haven't worked in my art journal for a while now so i thought i would spend some time creating.
