So i have been feeling a little out of sorts for the past few weeks. A little overwhelmed with all that has been thrown at my life lately and if i am being honest i have been battling to juggle it all. Although all the obviously important things have been kept on top of, the not so obviously important things have been swept to the side under the disguise of not being as important.

So this weekend i decided to do something for me. To help lift my spirits just a little, to give me a bit of a boost with my exercise regime. To try to improve my health, physically, emotionally and mentally. Some time alone at home to catch up on things in general. Some out shopping, treating myself to new Nike+ sneakers, Nike+ sports kit and the all new exciting Ipod Nano 5th Generation. £200 is a way more than what i normally spend in one go or for myself, but it had to be done and i am pleased that i did it.
