I've had a week off work and totally loved every minute of it. I do however wish that I had captured more photographs.
Here are some of the stories from my week:
Enjoying special cuddle time with Smidge. Having him follow me around all day has been so cute and I just love that he needs to be in whichever room I am in.
Browsing through my bookshelf to find a new book to read. With my no-spend February challenge in place and having just finished reading To Protect & Serve, I needed a new book.
Taking the time to update my blog and give it a new fresh feel.
Thinking about the plans for my back garden. I've done some price hunting and I think I have a plan in place. Next step is to get some quotes and agree a date.
Sending what felt like a million photos to my printer. Not having done any sort of scrapbooking for a while now has meant that my skills were a little rusty.....but I'm pleased to say that is no longer the case.
Listening to a lot of Taylor Swift, Glorianna and NeedtoBreath on Youtube.
Watching the class videos for One Little Word and Ali Edwards Story Kit. I am so gratful that I have the money to sign up to the classes.
Shopping for a present for Granny for when my dad heads back to South Africa in a few months to visit her. I thought that I had found her this gorgeous handmade bird necklace but I think the clasp will be too dainty for her to use with ease. So, I decided to keep it for myself and will be on the look out for something else for her.
Hanging out with Sharon and Julie, going for a walk, catching up on things, drinking coffee and sharing a slice of cake.
Playing with my stash while working on my Project Life and One Little Word albums. I have had so much fun working on these - it reminded me how connected my soul is to creating.
Building a healthier body. One decision at a time. One day at a time.
Hope you have a lovely week!
